RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GROUPS:
1.- Reservations must be made via fax including the following information:
A).- Group Name B).- Planed Activity, in the case of ATVs o Rhinos, please state if single or double. C).-Exact number of Vehicles or Horses (In the case of not knowing, please speculate a number the day before the activity is schedule). D).- Exact Schedule Time. E).- Departing point of tour. F).- Name of the person who signs the contract. G).-Name and signature of sales agent that confirm activity.
2.- Cancellations for groups must be made within time prior to activity date.
A).- Cancellations within 24 hours prior will not cause charges. B).-Cancellations within 12 hours prior will cause a charge of 50%. C).-Cancellations within less than 12 hours prior are subject to a full charge. D).-Cancellations due to climate incidents that jeopardize the client safety will not cause extra charges.
3.- Clients must show up within 30 to 45 minutes prior the actual schedule.
Motosol will not be able to make cancellations to clients that have reserved a group when a second client contemplates to reserve on the same date, concluding, that Motosol will give a previous notice to its first client about such policy applying due to the circumstances mentioned as long as client agrees upon, otherwise, Motosol instead will confirm reservation to second client, which will be warned that cancellations are not allowed. |
